TBF even with better heat seakers A-7E and K would be remains of obsolete BR definition system. They objectively need to move down right now or change planes around their respective BRs to be competetive, but you can’t have words “decompression” and “Gaijin” in the same sentence so often

either goes down to 10.3 like the f8u or should get missiles that are competent enough to be on par with the J-7D horde
Maybe 9G or 9H? Might be a bit much though
i think 9h would be good, as it was introduced in 1972 and it still gets flared very easily like any other non irccm missile, but if that’s too much for 10.7 then 9g’s are fine
