because using the super downteir exploit u can move that BROKEN JET to 6.3 . meaning a f84 will have to fight bf109s in full downteirs at 5.3 where it can out energy, climb, and run anything. that is just outright NOT OKAY. it should be moved to 7.0-7.3 with the sabers
