i got the the GE and the plane but didnt get the premium time i had to use some of my GE to buy 8 days of it

Try to open a ticket at support.gaijin.net and explain your problem.
Dont forget to try to be polite and dont threaten anyone, they might even be able to refund the GE you spent on Premium time, if youre lucky.
It might take a few days to get a response put be patient. GL.

wait, is the EJ ADTW a pack premium or a GE premium, because if i remembered correctly, gaijin announced it will be removed as a pack premium after the previous sales, correct me if im wrong
It seems he plays on console, they get the sale later than the PC players
Premium account from PS Store packs is not available when you login on PC. You have to play from the console in order to take benefit from it. Only premium account time purchased with GE is available on both platforms.

In short, this was the condition imposed by Sony. On the bright side, at the same time they allowed purchase of GE in our store for PSN account.
