F18E The engine specifications are incorrect

Issue Description
The in-game engine performance of the General Electric F414-GE-400 installed on the F/A-18E Super Hornet does not match the official manufacturer specifications published by GE Aerospace.
According to the official GE Aerospace F414 datasheet, the F414-GE-400 engine is rated at 22,000 lbf (~10,000 kgf / ~98 kN) of thrust with afterburner per engine.
However, publicly stated in-game data and developer information for War Thunder indicate that the F/A-18E engine produces approximately 9,470 kgf (~93 kN) per engine, which is lower than the manufacturer specification by roughly 5%.
This discrepancy may lead to under-performance in acceleration, climb rate, and overall flight characteristics compared to real-world data

( well I use chat gpt to make it because I’m not good English Language but find Sources by my self and Tell chat gpt Organize the information for me)

its better to bug report it.

Engines produce more thrust when not installed in the airframe. 5-10% loss in thrust is normal. Usually the manufactorer will report the uninstalled thrust.

Its why the EJ200 is reported to have 9162.5658 kgf on reheat but in-game its only 8,670 kgf

5% can be thrust losses between installed vs uninstalled.
It can be thrust losses from powering electrical equipment.
It can be power simulated at a specific speed.
