The belgian squadron OCU’s engine modification is 86k RP, while the japanese OCU has the same engine and its modification price is just 24k RP. Isnt it strange

Meanwhile the Rafale’s tier iv engine mod is 20k rp, and other tier 8 sqdn vehicles’ ones are less than 30k. I have no idea why this anomaly exists, I’m assuming its a mistake.

Its likely to prevent you getting the bonus too fast, seeing as its the only 1 modification in the entire tier IV line
The cost per mod is based upon a fixed total for tier, divided by the number of mods in that tier. There was a period of time where the F-16As had 112k RP or so cost for the engines because it was the only mod at that tier. But if you look at other aircraft at the same BR, and add the total for that tier together it will come to the same figure
