The Iranian F14A does not have a body or radar that matches the 12.7, it only has useful missiles
But his RWR gives people a guessing feeling and the HUD on the cockpit sight is also difficult to use

Other than the rwr and the ir missiles, it should be okish at 12.7. You’ll probably mostly face f4s and other premium players, so you’ll be mostly fine until you get an uptier(but tbf what plane doesn’t struggle in an uptier XD)
It absolutely needs to go up lol, fakour-90s are criminal after the buff to 20G, above 30km they are way better than 13.7 fox-3s

I think you have a lack of skill problem, the F-14 is a waste because of its spam. Apart from that, it is the only plane with Fox-3 in the game. In that area, you have no rivals, so it shouldn’t be at 13.0 in my opinion. opinion because it is not that difficult to play, skill issue

If anything with the proposed BR changes, the IRAF should go higher than the basic F-14A.
IRAF should be with the F-14B.

Nope. the F14A’s are quite oppressive, just having R27R and Fakours should have made this model 12.7 from the start to keep it away from 11.3s, It is exactly where it should be. If Gaijin decides on giving it R73s or better RWR you’ll see it at 13.0
Meh, it’s mildly annoying timing. I was going to spade it because the AIM-7E2s and R-27Rs seem kinda interesting and I wanted to try it (AIM-54s and F90s are a gimmick). Now that loadout will be DOA so it’s a hangar queen :/

instead of this why you dont ask for it to be moved up in BR but for the F-14A (tech tree one) AIM-9Ls to keep it competitive at that BR (12.7), for the IRIAF F-14 the R-73 and his SU-35 digital RWR and put it in 13.0 and for the F-14B the AIM-9M and the AIM-54C smokeless motor plus the dual axis manouvrability 22-25G that it should have, this is a more rasonable thing to ask for those jets, they are move up in BR but they recive the proper upgrades to be competitive in an uptier against more advance 4/4+ gen.

fakour 90s are NOT at all a gimmick, they have incredible delta v and range, faster accel than the R-27ER actually

Definitely a gimmick, you can defeat them with a high G barrel roll. That isn’t reliable enough for me.

Sparrows can only be defeated in that manner within 7km in a high speed head on. The F90 and AIM-54 can be defeated like that at any speed.

They need to give it the modernized radar with reduced clutter, remove the R-27R, and add the Fattir Aim-9P derivative missile. They should also consider giving it a more modern RWR, as I have a feeling Iran might not have been flying their Tomcats around in modern day with those old things…
Either way, the Fakour 90 warrants a BR of 12.7 as of now, unless the revert it back to 15Gs.
Another list of current problems relating to this aircraft:
• The Aim-54A should have 24.7Gs dual plane pull, missing ingame.
• The Fakour 90 should have somewhere between 21Gs, or 24.7Gs pull ingame.
• The Sedjil should have 15Gs ingame, not 20 as of now.
• The R-27R was never compatible with the F-14A’s radar, and thus shouldn’t be a option ingame.

The entire thing with the F90 is “haha look it’s got long range” that’s not versatile enough for me.
F90s are only good to get people who don’t defend against them. I don’t like that, I want to at least have to use half my brain against enemies who are actually at their keyboard.
