Does F14 IRIAF share the same radar that the F14A gets on 12.7?

Does it share the same airframe?
yes.
Does it get any all aspect missiles? (which is literally the base minimum for the planes of this BR)
nope.
Is there any difference between the F14 IRIAF and F14A aside from FUCKour 90’s, Sedjeel’s (which frankly nobody uses) and R27R1 missiles?

Does it get an HMD?
nope.
Then what the hell is that plane doing in 13.7 where literally EVERY plane it faces and even some planes of lower BR (like premium F14D’s or premium SU30 variants) are better than it in every way? This plane literally gets REAR ASPECT IR MISSILES ON 13.7 WHAT ARE WE DOING GAIJIN?!
I personally believe that it deserves the honest BR of 13.0 since it’s no better than the SU30’s that are on 13.3 and it’s slightly better than F14A.
Its pure insult to make it 13.7 only do to one missile.
As mentioned all other armament is bellow 13.0 and on top it only gets 60 chaff/flairs
With the new event f16xl with Aim-120’s and better radar. at 13.0
TBH this plane deserves 13.0. it constanly facing Su27, su30, mig 27 and J-11 just to name a few with much better missles (PL-12, R-77, R-73) and i could go on. (many of these not even on paper when the f14a was made)
combind with the HMD lock and fire this plane is so out matched its not even funny
Sure is one trick pony missle is good. but its not as magical as it seams. it only catches people who dont pay attention to their RWR and fly straight
