Its average, the only reason you think its stronger is because its by far the most common fox 3. Any fox 3 that isnt derby or r77 is better in practice imo.
PL-12 has some issues right now that need addressed, not sure why. After 10km they seem to not function properly on occasion. That is an outlier, of course.
unironically the j11b is the coolest aircraft of the new bunch, imo might grind china just because we got some dope flankers coming with j16
Of the vehicles that are underperforming I think the Chinese flankers will be some of the worst offenders once new models with improved engines and better radars come.
