I’ve got a question; I’ve noticed that in manual control mode the F-8E naturally pitches down heavily like it wants to drive itself into the ground. This is unlike the F8U-2, which barely pitches down at all. I understand that the F-8E possesses a heavier radar and is overall a heavier aircraft than the F8U-2, but the pitch down is just so strong. Did the F-8E behave like this irl, or is it a flight model kink that needs to be fixed?
