So, I noticed that the F-89B and the F-89 aircraft in general was designed for and had the capability to have wing hardpoints. 1000lb bombs, rockets, etc. But for some reason, the aircraft lacks them in-game. The aircraft is fun as-is, but the lack of ordinance really limits what you can do with it.
From what I can find the wing hard points where added on later models for Falcon and/ or Genie missiles not air to ground weapons.
No, the aircraft was designed for them from the ground-up. Images online of the A model corroborate this, showing them carrying fuel tanks and all.
the only information i can find is that the F89Ds were made able to carry underwing fuel tanks in place of the lost wing tip fuel tanks (also the f89Ds could carry the underwing hvars)
such as in this image, among a few others
but only fuel tanks until the later f89s which were equipped with the genies and such there
i highly doubt that the f89s could carry much else there are it wouldve been too heavy and too far out (couldnt be close due to the gear) on the already heavily tip weighted wings and would especially not be useful on a plane designed to be an interceptor, and they were not built from the ground up to carry them
also found this from some guy on facebook

but apart from it being a specially modified version, im pretty sure thats a drone for testing guidance control for a missile, not a bomb or anything
The closest thing I can find about that is the very early design work was done as a ground attack fighter, but was reworked as a high altitude interceptor, including lightening the airframe to the point that it was exceedingly dangerous to maneuver at high speed and low altitude, if it maintained the ability to carry bombs at that point I would guess it was simply not done due to safety reasons

I also found in the F-89D manual specifying that the armament panel contains a bomb release setting, but that is inactive:
