I might be fine about discussing the F-84F itself.
1- Wider than Subsonic’s window.
2- If both sides fail to take the opportunity, supersonic has an advantage because of speed. (While subsonics need to bleed energy while attempting to overshoot).
Shooting first is always a good advantage.
If you failed to kill subsonic just as Greedo did, there is always a chance of getting killed by subsonics while disengaging exist.

F-104 (all variants) — sustained turn time has been increased, mouse control has been improved, maximum overload limit in forced turn by the instructor has been increased to 7.5G (with full fuel).

So, until the date when you provide it, I can only believe that
-It contains the source, so Gaijin implement it.
-Because nerfing it with no source is a strange move.
A- I can’t see your proof that it has 7 times more drag than it is, here. because you didn’t show it.
B- If you have your proof, which is valid, then as I told you earlier, did you write a bugreport with that?

1-Back in the day when every F-84F were rank 5, and F-86A-5 were 8.3BR
2- both has 6x 50cal, similar design
3- F-84F has the advantage of strike aircraft airspawn, nets better average reward from match
(That is why Tornado GR.1 has same goddamn BR with MiG-23ML)
4-While has inferior dogfighting capability
5- So maybe Gaijin thought both were fine to keep it in 8.3BR
And yeah, they shamelessly buffed F-86 gangs because of supersonic interceptors
and completely forgot F-84F after removing airspawns of exported variants.
Because Gaijin hates strike aircrafts and bombers.
I still remember when Stona told us why they can’t buff Tornado GR.1.
