There is no reason for Mirage IIIE to be 10.7 period. It fits right in with MiG-21 MF/SMT and F-8E.
Mirage IIIC should be 10.0 just like Mirage IIICJ the only difference being the Magic does not justify the higher Br in the current situation.
9E is decent even though it is inferior while F-5 is of course a gunfighter at heart.
Sure top speed is lovely but on average the flares are what matters between those aircraft.
There are many people who would claim absolute superiority regarding F-5C/E regarding overall flight performance compared to Mirage as well.

F-8E is quite literally a tech tree F-5C BTW, tho with better missiles, and no Mirage 3C has Magic 1s rather than 9Ds.
F-8E is a completely different machine compared to F-5A/C/E.
Mirage IIIC does have Magic IIICJ does not. That is the only difference between them as far as I know which does not justify higher Br.
Even at only 5% it is still the only stats available “in public” - there ain’t nuthin’ better for any of us to look at!

F5c probably one of the most playable aircraft for its tier. I find it really fun and the addition of 20mm cannons on its nose probably make it my favourite high tier gun fighter. And it has 2 AIM-9E missiles. Which when used correctly, are lethal.

You’re acting as if there’s a real world of difference between 9Js and Es when everyone can just pop chaff anyways, and as if the F-1 doesn’t have to deal with a god-awful 9B stock grind while the F-5C gets off Scott free
T-2 also has 9Js at 9.7 while retaining F-5C like abilities.
And yes, there is a world of difference between 9Js and 9Es.

So the T-2/F-1 can afford to actually get stuck into a fight (despite losing a ton of energy on practically any turn after the first) without the get-out-of-jail-free button the (unhistorical) flares are for the F-5C, and survive as many hits as that flying tank of a glitched DM does?
Seriously, there’s barely anything to even suggest any F-5C ever carried flares, meanwhile the T-2 and F-1 have use of chaff pods documented…
In Warthunder there is a massive difference between the E and the J/P. Its more maneuverable and you get a way better FOV.
Which in practice offer way better engagement angles and oppertunities for lofting or wierd trajectories towards targets
