Newsflash, the best thing the F-4S can get in terms of a missile upgrade is the Aim-9L over the 9H or potentially a better sparrow. Most likely premium to get the Aim-120A would probably be the F-20A, since it was one of the main selling points and reasons for its creation. Sorry but the F-4S is not ever going to get the Aim-120, no US phantom will.
It’s a premium so if we’re lucky it’ll never get aim120’s.
