wdym u get 4 SARH missiles, HMD, PD radar. If u think F-4J is bad try MIG23-MLD

23MLD is better for 11.7 than the F-4J is for 12.0. In fact I’d always take the MLD in a 1v1 between those two, but I recognize air RB is not a 1v1 enviroment primarily.

Mig-23MLD is a powerhouse at 11.7 and I do question why its not 12.0 these days. Especially with weaker airframes at a higher BR
yeah but u get only two R24r and sometimes they don’t work. Idk man I actually hate that thing(probably skill issue)
Easy. The radar is too bad and the RWR is too bad. It’s dogfighting ability also relies on the user understanding wing sweep and utilizing it correctly. At 12.0 it would be like F-4J, forgotten because there’s just better stuff. The answer is decompression, as always.

Perhaps, but when you look at stuff like the Phantom FGR2, I really wish it had its IRL 9Ls at 12.0.
And in SB… Mig-23MLD is at 11.3 which is the same BR as the Sea Harrier…
maybe they can give R73 for mig23

It was a mockup to show what upgrades can be added to a MiG-23 if a country were to purchase one. Just becauce you can put a missile on a plane doesn’t mean it is capable of actually firing it or even flying with it.

whilst looking at the f4f my matchmaking was on ground so that was probably why it said 11.7 and not 13.0
Wait until you get to the F-4J with wing sweep at 12.7: F-14A.
F-4J is a good aircraft.
That doesn’t matter to Gaijin.
If the plane could use it, then it can be added as a loadout option. They don’t add R-73s and R-77s because the airframe and radar won’t be enough to be fair at the BR it would be required to be at.
