F-22 Raptor

Well, reduced-visibility fighters like Su-57 & Rafale will exist.
Technically USSR & France won’t have anything stealth. Though there are over 2 years of BR additions to add before stealth is a serious position, so that gives USSR-compatible countries & France to consider things IRL to give Gaijin an idea of what to add for them.
But yeah, it’d be F-35 for USA, Italy, Britain, Japan, Israel, Sweden [Finland], Germany.
J-20 for China.

Yeah, i hated the period of time where everyone was in F4s and now its F-16s. Makes ASB a pain in the butt. So everyone being in F-35s would kinda suck. Though id rarely touch it. Would always be in a typhoon.

like i said there isnt, nothing at all, only confirmed aircraft to come this year is a gripen variant, but that is far below f22 as well

F-22 has a much reduced RCS, and its coating also reduced thermal signature.

oh, its “reduced-visibility” now, lol

Su-57 was always reduced visibility.
No one claimed it was stealth in the military industry.

isnt it classified as a stealth fighter by russia lol?

What rcs are you using for your detection figures? doesnt seem right

No. It’s classified as reduced visibility, they never claimed it was stealth.

Even if they claimed it was a true stealth aircraft. Id take anything russia claims with a pinch of salt.

I have heard though it waa only designed with front aspect stealth in mind, but produces so much heat, IRST detects it with ease. But those are only rumours

If AWG-9 can do 200km against a 5 m^2 target.
It can do 13.3km against a 0.0001m^2 target.

I would conclude that the Su-57 is stealth simply because it manages to carry armaments internally, makes an attempt to reduce rcs by geometric shaping, and also has ram coating on it. Trying to say it’s not as stealthy as the F-22 doesn’t matter as something like the F-117 Nighthawk is also probably primitive in stealth technology.

And that 0.0001m^2 is the best case scenario where the target is probably low to the ground, and directly nose-on. IRST likely would pick up an F-22 target much further away. Same for modern AESA radars.

EF has about as reduced visibility as the Rafale/Su57 so its not as bad for Ger, UK and Italy

There was a leak about its stealth in form of a patent wich depending on angle gives it an RCS of 0.1-1m²
wich on average is like the EF or Rafale

hi all, I would like to know if anyone knows the release date of the f22 raptor ? or if you know if it will be implemented on the game or not thanks

If it does get added, wont be for maybe at least 1 to 2 years.

we already told you, no release date, best guess 1-2 years

but can we at least hope to see him in play sooner or later?

We’ll see F-15s and F-18s added before the F22 and if we get any stealth aircraft first, then that will likely be the F-117. Id also expect to see something like the F-111 and the Harrier II added as well in the not so distant future.

So thats at leqst 5 aircraft right there. Assuming 1 every 4 to 6 months

Combined with the hopefully upcoming AMRAAM update this year. Im not overly anticipating something like the F22 for maybe over a year, possibly 2. A lot of work needs to be done before stealth fighters are even remotely an option. We dont even have ECM yet
