I dont do a huge amount of dogfighting/gunfighting in the Typhoon. I mostly play ASB and prefer to stick within BVR
In performance yes. But Blue VIxen was smaller, lighter and cheaper. Which is the more impressive part imo.
It depends on what version or versions of the F18 will be added but most likely F18 would need to engage in BVR with the EF
I know Gaijin the F18 will be OP the First two Weeks and slaps everything

Absolutely not. F/A-18’s will get completely clowned on by the EFT.
Maybe in the long run but for up close the f18 can pull more immediate AOA and get nose on faster. (for only two to 3 turns)
EF2K will still get nose on first, its that absurd-
eft 100% better except in missile count
