I suspect the limitation gaijin references is regarding how much power the racks require, but that is assuming all the bombs are constantly powered
Allegedly, Israel is getting Cyprus + Greece this year, Greece uses Rafales, which would allegedly be the new top tier Israeli aircraft.

Not to forget about the upgraded Block 52+ Advanced airframes that got upgraded to F-16V Block 72.
To be honest that’s the least of the interesting additions since the only possibly “new” thing it could offer is the IRIS-T, for which Israel already has a next-gen missile, being the Python 4/5.
If anything the Rafale would fill a lot better the excruciatingly painful gap we have for 14.7.
Lastly, at least for sim, the F-16V is just another F-16C that offers nothing new in the sensor capability sector, though that is mostly due to the same reluctance to model things correctly and accurately.
