Shouldn’t these be the AIR (Ballute) High Drag kit, not the Snakeye kit, since they stopped being used Decades ago?
Is the AIR kit even implemented for the Mk 82; on any carriers?

Not really much evidence for this unfortunately, the Air-to-Air missile mounts are completely different from your typical bomb ejectors. The TERMA pylons were probably always destined to increase survivability on Air-to-Ground missions.
I think it’s a bit of a sad reality that we are gonna have to accept, the US air doctrine relies on a lot of different aircraft to increase awareness and survivability, not on individual MAW systems or extra CM mounts. This game is about individual aircraft, so obviously the US is going to be at a disadvantage.
Have you allready made a bug report with this?
Is Lau 128 the triple rack missile adapter for the amraam?
Ummm the physical difference between a rail (LAU-129) and an bomb ejector (MAU-12) is irrelevant because the PIDS+ pylon acts as a universal carrier. Thanks to the MIL-STD-1760 bus, it provides the same digital backbone for an AIM-120D as it does for an AGM-65 or a JDAM. So there is no reason not to add them.
it’s not live yet, I have most of it pre-written I just need to find evidence of a full assembled LAU-128SE in the wild, not just renders.
It’s part of the notional MML, as the launch rail yes. But it’s not the Rack itself. I don’t know if it would be configured by just mounting it to a TER-9A, but the issue is that the baseline TER-9 isn’t 1760 compatible though there is the STAR (also a MARVIN Engineering, a TRL6 program) but that has yet to be adopted by the USAF, and appears to have stalled.
Doing gods work, thanks m8.
The the entire MRL family; bar the LAU-128SE, which was designed to fix this specific issue can’t be mounted directly on a NATO racks due to the placement of data transfer ports needing the same volume as the strongback, otherwise you would see them being directly mounted to the MAU-12, instead of needing spacers
f16 with 8 aim120D would definitely be more viable
That’s why he’s the GOAT
The update just got really exciting
Oh no way it will be added then, no wonder devs havent accepted the bug report yet
Can the F16 carry the GBU-53s? As far as I am aware they aren’t integrated yet, but I am also not seeing sources stating that they will be integrated in the future.
[DEV] PIDS and PIDS+ pylons missing the ability to use missiles. // Gaijin.net // Issues
potentially big buff for a couple F-16s!
A huge buff, F16 pobit needs all the aim120D it can get, and more CM
Oh you made the bug report, nice!
Not in service but has been tested.
It’s officially cleared for service for the F-15E/EX but in testing for F/A-18E/F, F-16, and F-35.
From Raytheon
well thats good enough for gaijin
It should be. We know it’s possible they can use them as they have been seen with them.
We have stuff like double belly racks for all Flankers even though they are for the Su-35. So getting StormBreaker on anything but the Strike Eagles is more than possible.
