Slightly? Did they buff the Mig 29? If so either the average pilot is that dog water or the flight model is just that bad compared to my F16 considering I don’t remember a gunfight I’ve lost to a Mig 29 in my F16.
Also who isn’t just running 6x 120’s on their F16 at 13.3?
Is it a strong radar, maybe not, but I think its largely hyperbole that its as weak as most claim

The people stuck stock grinding with dogwater AIM-9Ls unlike the Mig-29 which has the option for R-73s early on which makes it’s grind not terrible.
Has no issue guiding R-27ERs, most of the cope around the N0 series of radars is just that, cope. They aren’t the absolute best, yes, but they are very much so not the worst of their brackets either.
Eh maybe it’s just me but I’m in the middle for missiles especially compared to 9M’s and R73 given I like both but the platform needs to work a certain way for me to want to use R73.
Also 9m would make the A 13.7 given the OCU is 13.7 because it has 9M, it only got the IR HMD to help it at that BR and because gaijin won’t remove the fake 120s it never used iirc
You still have the option to fit actually useful missiles at your BR without having to full research all your missiles, the ADF is stuck with a maximum of 2 AIM-7Fs and the rest are 9Ls until it unlocks AIM-120s which makes it’s stock grind abhorrent. Even worse, given it cannot mount air to ground weapons, it has no other options to grind with.
The Mig-29 sports both R-73s and a HMD at 13.3, the OCU is over tiered to begin with and should be 13.3 as is.
To add to that the ADF cannot get a HMD so even if it got 9Ms, its still worse than both the OCU and Mig-29 as it lacks a HMD.
Tbf stock grind problems don’t matter unfortunately, if I’m gonna ask for one vehicle to get buffed for their stock grind I need it to happen to all vehicles. That’s just how I see this personally

Again then would the OCU not just be better than the ADF’s also where do we put the 2nd worst 13.7 the F16A MLU, OCU but with PIDs and radar HMD. It’s worse than the F16C while at the same BR?
Sacrifice a missile for 80 cm so you aren’t stuck with 30 flare and 15 chaff as your only CM.
Again it’s largely a compression problem many 13.3 should be higher and some lower but we shouldn’t allow the vehicles below 13.0 to suffer too, again that’s why I stated before it is a comp problem, 90% of this games terrible balance is a comp problem

Dude, I’ve already said, the OCU should not be 13.7.
Blame gaijin for choosing to nerf the F-16s by making the model dispensers the CM load when they should just be the basic, 30 round AN/ALE-47 launchers.
Such is a change that should have never happened and it just harms NATO aircraft, it should be reverted or we should be given the ability to choose the countermeasure type.
And the issue that exists today is that decompression will never happen, its almost 7 years after this became a notable issue, its not changing anytime soon and thus, we should just balance as is.
That and unless the ADF dumps it’s AIM-120s (It should and go back to it’s original BR imo, but that will never happened because gaijin) It’s overall options just make 0 sense, you go from 11.0 level weapons to a 13.0 level weapon at the end of your module grind, the 9L is a holdover from back when it was a lower BR, it makes no sense as to why it was not updated when multiple vehicles at it’s new BR got such changes to their module rosters too.
