I was informed that the Netz needs a modified vertical stabilizer to have a flare chaff dispenser on the tail (https://forum.warthunder.com/t/f-16a-netz-missing-120-countermeasures/38085), so I checked the real Netz (Unit 237) and found that it has a modified vertical stabilizer. So please let us know if you have any other information that would be helpful to have when submitting an Issue Report.
Its not that it needs a different vertical stabilizer, its that, that Netz is a different block of Netz to the one we have.
The devs have chosen to model the Netz as it is in game.
