Netz is in a really tricky spot. With Python3s it is distinctly better than the F16A with only 9Ls at 12.3, but considerably weaker than the F16A with Magic II and 9M at 12.7. ideally that F16 should be 13.0, but alas it is not. I don’t see an easy solution without a major decompression though unless SARH were added in the form of Aim-7M but they would likely be ahistorical. But the netz could be dropped to 12.3 in the meantime.

As for ARH such as AMRAAM or Derby, those would increase it’s BR to at least 13.3
