Nope, sadly not. Those are LAU-7s which are only for Sidewinder type missiles. Not even sure why the F-15 even uses them in-game, they should use the LAU-128 (for Sidewinders or AMRAAMs).
The rails you need for single-mounted Mavericks is the LAU-117, which looks like this (notice the little “flaps” sticking out on top of the rail):

Defeats the point, we are interested in an AGM for the Ra’am in the short term (which the Popeye is, if not then add triple maverick racks and AGM-65Ds) and then all domestic Israeli weaponry in the long term
