it’s already coming for the IA, so not really concerned about that, more so want it for parity’s sake since having both jets be identical besides their respective IR bombs is mutually beneficial.

There in lies the issue I’d say. Nobody here was arguing for the IA to be harmed in any way shape or form, just like the original F-15E vs I situation, the people here just want parity for both, at no point were people advocating for MAWS or EPAWSS to be removed from the IA.
