I think there is a bug with the F-15E, even though I have flares/chaff installed. Whenever I load into a match the Flares aren’t equipped at all. I have no option to choose the number of flares/chaff. What is going on???

Try deleting and remaking any custom loadouts
It worked, thank you very much. What do you think caused that?
No idea, probably an update changed something and so broke the old loadout.
Remaking loadouts is a fairly sure bet to fix anything loadout based.
