No, that’s because the F-15C Golden Eagle was apparently never updated to use it. It also makes sense chronologically that this would be the case.
F-15C Golden Eagle: 2010 to ~2015
F-15C 2040C(Program that created the Amber rack and MRML): ~2015
F-15EX: First flight in 2021, Entered service in 2023
By the time MRML was only a concept, the Golden Eagle Operational Upgrade was nearing its end. The USAF shortly after decided to stop pouring money into the F-15C because the airframes are all too old and focused entirely on the F-15EX via new airframe(Boeing only produces EX airframe now). That’s also why the F-15C 2040C was refused by the USAF.
The F-15EX inherited core features from the 2040C like MRML. The Golden Eagle only got some addon upgrade that can be fairly easily mounted like Talon IRST pod.
