Before the 129D and E, we had the so called SLEP upgrade to the GE129. I suppose that was a pure durability upgrade mainly for the 129B and C where 6000TAC is certificated while no extra thrust was gained.
If so D and E variants may have more focus on software and thrust enhancements though we’re unclear about what’s really changed about them.

lol i took a break until recently, (MCM is bad for enjoying the game,) and for a second i thought they added the legion pod to all the f15’s and then i saw it was just a MITL pod, I need to stop hoping.
Anything but the legion Pod i guess though for the GE, someday they will add it.
yeah, they tried to give the hornets the talon hate pod (of which can also go on F-15s, seen a few up at KPDX, Portland international airport, carry them on flights) but they were extremely buggy and just could work properly, so in other words, its a similar reason why aircraft can’t use more than 1 type of targeting pod
where are F-15SA, F-15QA at the should be add this year before f15ex or it would be somewhat pointless

It’s the same with aircraft between 13.7-14.0
How would this be the case if everything else was moved up, the top of ground is 12.7 > 13.3 and the air for GRB is 12.7/13.0 > 14.0. Things moving up not matter what, is literally the opposite of compression, nothing has actually changed.
The F-15E ground BR has always been stupid. It sat at 12.7 for waaaaay too long instead of 13.0 where it belonged.
Would be so if they remained where they are.

while the F-15E is going up by 4 BR steps, that is in fact a change and a nerf to the F-15E
I disagree, while the F-15E was very good if it was unopposed, it was completely shut down if the other team had any aircraft or AA up due to its very poor defensive capabilities and air to air capabilities, while the CAS aircraft that belonged at 13.0 were very capable in an air to air role even while carrying an air to ground loadout
and most of them can defend against incoming missiles much more effectively and with much less cost to position/energy
