the BOL rails would probably interfere with the mounting points due to them being a bit wider than the normal launch rails

No. The BOL rails are only wider in the aft section, which would be behind the sway braces for MAU-12 on F-15C/D pylons, and not relevant for F-15E/EX pylons because they use BRU racks.
Rafale will still one chaff your worse seeker missile tho.

Fact that MICA’s are still the only missiles with a privileged seeker cringes me btw, reports for amraams have been a thing literally since their release.
