The supplemental manual that is shown here should be declassified, so there should be no problem

Again it’s on the user to provide proof of it, I or any other Forum staff/CM can re-instate the post if that is provided.

The original F-15 design used ventral fins to provide sufficient stability, but they were later found to create a great amount of drag and their contribution to stability was minimal if AIM-7 Sparrow missiles were used. The solution was to remove them and increase the vertical surfaces. This sufficiently solved the drag and stability problems but led to later great problems with their durability.

Six Fo, the dirty ho.

Does anybody know if the Flankers really used the dual pylons for the R-77s? Or it is just the same as the AMBER on yhe F-15C ?

only on su-35S…

Mhm. So… on the planes that should be on the level of the F-15EX?

or we should get the fancy racks demonstrated here

welp, theyre real at least
smd posted some documents here about upgrading F-15C closer to F-15EX level

Yess. Give 'em to me. Mockup or not. The KH-38MT is only a mockup

The EPAWS and FbW are enough to make the F-15C almost like an EX.

These racks aren’t in use, while the dual racks of the r-77 actually are, albeit only on su-35s

and? if anything there is more evidence that these racks are functional for f15C than the dual r77 racks are on flankers
