LJDAM bug report got closed for being a duplicate, which ig is fair, for every jet except the A-10C.
And they also deleted your comment and removed the A-10 vs F-35 document for being classified, even though the only reason you came across it is because it got declassified (at least I assume lol) and there was a whole article linked in report on it being declassified lol
Not blaming you, just wanted to let you know and also I find it kind of funny, since the one jet that it isn’t a duplicate of I cannot report since the primary source I used is apparently classified
Can’t find anything immediately (which makes sense since it’s a pretty obscure piece of equipment) but it’s come up before and iirc it cannot fire amraams and is only good for ferrying them around. Would be cool if they could
Has anyone bug reported that the F-15C/E are both missing NCTR?
I’m pretty sure the F-15’s are actually somewhat famous for their having NCTR, since it was what allowed them to perform BVR shots without AWACS approval during desert storm iirc…
you said something about how current F-15 ingame feels similar to other FBW jets a while back, here is how FBW F-15 would feel compared to current F-15 (also, note the giant color display)
I could be wrong, but i tried them in test drive (cuz i was gonna make some bug reports for missing cockpit NCTR for some jets) and it seems none of the american F-15’s have NCTR at all.
When i tested in the dev server they had full NCTR functionality like what is on the SU-30SM and rafale/eurofighter
Now in live it only reports engine count so basically just JET/MULTIJET/ROCKET Which is i guess technically still NCTR but disappointing full functionality was removed
It didnt even show that when I was in the test drive with the F-15’s i’m pretty sure, but I guess thats better than nothing. Ill have to look into it more tomorow and probs throw upa bug report regarding the missing NCTR in the cockpit atleast.
