The AIM-120A uses a data link, but it appears that this is not the case when mounted on the F-14.
As you can see, the AIM-120 tested on the F-14 was tested only in STT mode. If the F-14 supported a data link for the AIM-120, it would have been tested in TWS mode as well, just like other aircraft.
Still provided no source that proves the opposite.
The 14D having link 16 only gives more of a hint to it being capable of datalink with the Aim-7p not the opposite

Gaijin gave it to it a Few Years back when F-15A and F-16A were added to better compete with the 27ER

I guess they can make its use a DL just like that they add r-73 and R-27ER to YAK-141 and Iran the can use DL with R-27R. And AIM-7P can launch on F-14 platform clearly.
