BR is irrelevant in Ground SB matches. Its armament and flight performance characteristics mean it will only be available in the 11_2 GSB lineup.
I mean how could they not be. It was overhyped as the best dogfighting missile in the world and that with HMD any western aircraft was no match, and the days of longer dogfights were over the second it was off the rail. (Reality was not exactly like that tho lol)
But leave it to the Israelis to see their enemies get something cool, then make something even cooler.

My only interest in these aircraft is as an option for GSB. Giving it 9Ms gives it the best performance possible there. It is not going to be in the 10_2 bracket regardless of 9Ls or 9Ms. 11_2 is going to have the best fighters ingame for the rest of time, and is going 5o be the only place to play it in GSB.

11.7 means a maximum of 4 12.7 players in a ground RB match.
I’ve seen exactly 1 12.7 match when playing 11.7 recently, and their 12.7 didn’t spawn their aircraft.

That may be the case for the F-111F, but the F-111C was capable of carrying AIM-9L/M on stations 3A and 6A:

How many ways do i need to spell GSB GROUND SIM BATTLES for you to understand, it will always face end of line fighters there, in 11_2 lineup.
Its also strange because the fit checks for 9L/Ms show them being used on those stations anyway.

Ground RB has the same 4 player limitation as air RB. F-111F is stronger at 11.7 than at 12.3 GRB with 9Ms.
As for ground sim… all suffer there regardless if they 9Ms or 9Ls.
And before you claim “Oh, it wouldn’t be 12.3 based on 9Ms.”
Harrier GR7 is 12.0 in GRB.

For sim that’s hard cause the likelihood of a target seeing the missile launch in sim, especially ground sim, is almost none.
And 9L and 9M if a sim player doesn’t notice the launch are going to do the same thing.
Imagine that upgrade went through.

B.) AIM-9M
The key word is defensive, meaning the target already knows you are there. But even without that qualifier you really want to say its just as easy see nothing as a giant smoke plume?
