Extremely Unbalanced Matchmaking

Subject: Extremely Unbalanced Matchmaking

This match was completely unfair and frustrating. My entire team consisted of relatively new players, with account levels ranging from 9 to 50, while approximately 70% of the enemy team were level 100 players, many of them playing in squads and using expensive high-end vehicles.

How is this matchmaking supposed to be balanced? New players are being matched against highly experienced veterans who may have thousands of hours in the game. This creates a frustrating experience for beginners and makes matches feel unfair before they even begin.

War Thunder seriously needs better matchmaking that takes player experience into account. Putting new players against experienced level 100 players with vastly more knowledge and experience is not balanced matchmaking. How are new players supposed to learn, improve, and enjoy the game under these conditions?

This is not fair competition. The matchmaking system needs serious improvement.

Do you have any suggestions for how this will work without nuking queue times and also taking player experience (skill) for certain gamemodes into account?

Fair competition is impossible to exist in a game with uptiers/downtiers, stock module/crew grind and of course undertiered vehicles. What competition can exist if stock kurnass 2000 gets dragged to “not undertiered” premium su30s?
Fair competition is when everyone is on equal footing, without extra unavoidable handicaps applied at the start of the match. For example, quake or unreal tournament series.
