We are on the same page. The Mirage should, if any, have the Swiss 450Kg Spengbomben.
This is the Initial Mirage, which still shows NORAD, which in my Layout with the C.70 is no more.

Tbh, looking how 10.0-11.0 is doing as of rn, this plane could get the regular rear aspect 9Ps and stay at 10.3, since not only the mig25 basicaly obliterates you before you get whithin the range of your falcons but also all planes that can carry chaff are carrying it (again, thanks mig25) which makes the falcons even more worthless
