Do Russians complain? Oh yeah, but not as nearly as the American and German mains. At least when the Russians complain, it has some merit, like the nerfing of the MiG 29s, the Su-27, and the Su-30.

Nope, Tunguska missile is actually quite horrible over 6km shots and if target is moving at all.
Havent seen new missile in there.
But have to enjoy usa 6.3 and 7.0 . Those are bit busted br’s. (Hellcat + skyraider ) and t29 +m551 76… Only what they lack in that mid tier is spaa.

Likewise, barely played anything higher than my 10.3/10.7 lineups in a year or so.
11.0 and 11.3 still quite bearable in terms of CAS spam, I’ve currently playing USA 11.3 and China 11.0 MBT2000, there is a lot of 130sp which means I’m seeing mostly 10.7s for 11.3 and 10.3 for 11.0, don’t have to deal with those 14.0 CAS degens.
The most anti-CAS mbt in this br is actually the T-80UM2 lol it denies missiles as long as you are looking in their direction, helicopters agm can’t do chit and sometimes you can even stop jet’s missile, it helps even more if you use a headphone, as soon as you hear the sound of incoming missile then quickly turn your turret to the direction and your aps intercepts all the missiles.
