Are there details on radar scan speed? Angles, even pattern is in manual but i cant find its scan speed.
Unfortunately I’ve not found anything yet. Also I’d strongly advise against posting anything from the manual here.

Isn’t the scan rate of the CAPTOR-M supposed to be high enough to do a2a and a2g modes “at the same time”?
Ive run across some article talking about its development/ supposed features and apparently it should do something similar to PESA.
When scanning and lets say your priority target is 30° on your left. It should momentarily jump on that target whenever its on 30° left, no matter the bar, it should quickly rotate, get info and continue in scan. This alone should point towards very quick scan rate.
I wonder if this will be added. But if the scan will be speed of tornado, not that its needed to be fair.

Its in this but i got it screened from secretprojects forum. Its nearly 40 years old article so not sure how viable it can be.

most we possibly could get is a 12 missle loadout 6 wvr 6 bvr missles nothing more
4 missiles under belly. Two on wings. 6 BVR.
2 on outboard wings stations. 2 WVR.

Or replace 2 BVR with 2 TMC for 4 WVR.

Yes, I know. But it’s still funny.
But this is on condition that we will have “long” fox-2 in the person of ASRAAM. If there will be only 9M, then 8+2. I don’t see the point in changing 2 amraams to 4 9M.
And the wing pylon with a jettisonable fuel tank is a discussed thing. I have come across information many times that this pylon is suitable for launching anti-radar missiles. That is, it is not a dumb pylon, it is connected to the combat systems of the aircraft and target designation can be transmitted to the pylon. But I have never seen a photo with missiles on this pylon.
