The BOLs could certainly be better, but I for one have no problems with defending against threats - be it in the Eurofighter, Gripen or Tornado
thats propably a spagheti code issue
Ahhh, yes, luckly no AI wa harmed only the Chaff flare pods which now are blocked because of Brimstone )))))
The meteors are also like scaled down and the intakes aren’t 90 degrees from each other, and has a random forward fin
that mini front wheel XDDDD
I mean yes its small irl but not that small
Even pirate position looks wierd
Would explain why he cant say more than (Sekret Discord)
Same angle but different loadouts though. I mean if it was Photoshop you’d be able to detect that those missiles were added after
Yeah i think its a different image.
The lil probe above the back of the engines is at a different position so fifferent photo
I’m more interested in what they have planned with CAPTOR-E (will all 3 nations be identical?) and ASRAAM/IRIS-T (given all nations have PW4s ans Brimstones)
If both the AIM132 and the IRIS-T can be owned, then the Typhoon will be the most powerful fighter in the Fox2 field (of course, it is also important to model the historical Catcher M or Catcher E, and more Fox3s).
And what about the ability to lock onto multiple enemies using the ‘Captor M’ to launch several air to air missiles simultaneously, or the capability to lock onto multiple targets with the pod and laser in order to fire multiple Brimstones at once? Do these features actually exist, or did Gaijin simply not implement them?
the typhoons esa has the third largest azimuth (+_100) after the su35 and the su57 right?
The Su57 has a large azimuth because it has side looking radars, most ESA radars are fixed (F-22 also apparently has a later upgrade with side looking radars).
I think the su35 should have a slightly lower azimuth limit than the EF w/AESA, because the mechanical part of Irbis-E has 60° azimuth, while on the EF it has 70° azimuth.
The Irbis-E is a hybrid PESA as well, so i don’t know how it compares to a ESA in edge limit tracking (100°+ of azimuth).
it is called TWS
the capror-m isnt able to guide SARH missiles
only 70° if you want a stable track
You already can do that with the CAPTOR-M. It can guide up to 6x AMRAAMs at once in game.
It should have priority Track that would make keeping tabs on 6 targets much easier, but that hasnt been implmenrted.
There are sources for the Litening III pod being able to direct at least 2 GBUs at once, but unsure how it actually works. In theory that would also work for the Brimstone. But this is likely a game limitation more than anything else
