Worry not peeps - I shall bring it over the line into the next Third Album.

HEY GUYZ - Can the Typhoon SUPERCRUISE and does it have SENSOR FUSION?!

It’s just that one forum expert said that it had neither because he read something on the internet.

Discuss.

Having pulled the pin, Otter tosses the grenade over his shoulder and dons some sunglasses - nonchalantly walking away in a suitably badass fashion. He then wakes up and realises he’s facepalmed into a co-worker’s packed lunch.

I knida forgot about the Migs_are_shit guy or whatever his name was after that one frenchie that ended up buffing brimstone by trying to nerf it.

Wasnt it mister Mull that was talking about the EF not having sensor fusion?

He is also a backroom entity

Why can’t the Eurofighter deploy countermeasures from both BOLs? Can this be fixed if there is any documentation? I don’t think such documentation exists, though.
For example, 15CGE uses multiple calibers just like EF, but it’s 1 trigger 2 pops. I really have no idea what the criteria or the basis for this are.

  • The maximum luminosity and burning time of BOL flares have been reduced in accordance with the mass of pyrotechnic compound. The number of BOL countermeasures in one salvo has been doubled to maintain sufficient effectiveness (released in one of the previous updates).
    Server Update 25.01.2024

The Eurofighter’s countermeasures were nerfed from medium-caliber CMs to BOLs, but somehow it remains at 1 pop. Does Gaijin forget what they did? Since the effectiveness of the Eurofighter’s countermeasures has actually been reduced, they should correspondingly be increased from 1 pop to 2 pop.

It was, then we asked for single pop so people could have better control over how many dropped.

What they should do is buff BOL up to IRL performance

BOL on the F15 is likely single pop, with the internal CMs being double drop.

Single drop is generally better though

Sorry to put it this way, but Morvran_ you should fly an aircraft equipped with large-caliber countermeasures. For example, you can remove the BOL from the Gripen. I’ve finished grinding both the China and Russia trees, and I’m really sick of how ineffective the BOL is, because it’s too weak. I don’t want the performance of the BOL to be IRL, nor do I want the launch count to be IRL. I just want them to make it 2-pop to maintain the effectiveness, as Gaijin stated in the past. Seriously, 1-pop BOL is crap, and if that doesn’t frustrate you, you’re a very talented pilot.

No, I want IRL performance of BOL.

The chaff is 1/4 it should be and the flares should be more like large flares with short burn

I don’t have issue with single pop BOL, because I just spam tons of it

Anyway, the fact that it’s 1 trigger 1 pop is Gaijin’s double standard, so I wrote a report. I’m seriously so annoyed that chaff doesn’t work at all.

I don’t care if someone calls me bad or makes fun of me for having a skill issue, but if you’re going to do that, at least have a higher kill ratio than me in a Eurofighter.

Regarding the discussion above, when choosing 1 pop instead of 2 pop, didn’t the Eurofighter carry regular countermeasures instead of BOL? If it wasn’t BOL, I agree that 1 pop is not an issue, but isn’t 1 pop with BOL truly an outcome nobody wants?
Was that discussion about “better control over how many dropped” from the time it was actually changed to BOL? I am not very familiar with this.
