You forget the fact that most of Iran’s IADS no longer really exists because of a relatively small fleet of F-35s (both Adir and US variants). Taken apart within 48 hours last year and further unalived this year.
As a SEAD platform and general causer of mayhem (whoops, that was a rather nice Command Centre you had there) - neither of which really apply in WT as of now - the F-35 has proven to be very effective thus far.
you wont need a sead platform for ARB
and for pure A2A combat the F-35 is nothing more than a sensor platform so that better A2A platforms can get DL from the F-35
also there is one small thing in WT that completly negates stealth
In war thunder the f35s and in general all 4.5/5 gen planes are never going to be as good as they were supposed to be. F35 heavily relies on sensor fusion, EOTS, AN/APG - 85 LPIR, internal weapon stores. It is very well equiped for SEAD with Stealth capablities, HTS style detection and modern AGM - 88 E/G.

Maps could be bigger but i don’t think even with current map size (talking abojt EC maps) stealth with make a small difference, if would be a rather huge one.
The only 5 gen one I give a chance to actually pull something off in this current meta is the F-22 because of its supermaneuverability and okayish weapon loadout :D

It is basic facts, the same way the CAPTOR-E should be LPIR, PESA radars are terrible against ECM IRL and having a networked LINK-16 system is much better than a single aircraft with outstanding parameters.

Hopefully that is removed with the new aerial warfare mode that they were talking about. It is literally one of the reasons i hate playing air rb and would rather play ground rb to do CAP role

Yeah, they need an overhaul to make ground attackers more worthwhile. But I would personally consider the F35 the next gen of Tornado IDS and not Typhoon/F16/etc. so how good it will be will largely be dependent on said PvE
That would be a dream, I really hope we get maps that are that large
we would need those maps in the regular gamemodes as well bc from what it seems the aerial warfare mode might just be another non permanent mode
also air sim could take some new maps, the last map that was added is Rocky Canyon and that was like 3 years ago

one of the biggest issues i have with the J-20 (for WT) is that it dosent have a gun
