I hope this bug gets fixed before AESA arrives.

200x200 scan zone in TWS?
As it is IRL. Good stuff.
funfact, the modell is scary close to the CAESAR radar and not the Captor
Probably won’t be the 200x200 fully, since it’s a rotating ESA Radar. I don’t know how they’ll model it for now tho.
The plate has to physically move from one side to the other for full coverage
I hope we get a 200x200 mode but would obviously be a lot slower scan rate
Uh, whatever.
I’ll give up anything for that sweet 100deg gimbal limit.
How slow would the 200x200 scan rate be?
The Su-30SM also has a similar mechanism, but it hasn’t been modeled yet. The Eurofighter will likely be modeled later as well.
In this case, you should keep constant lock on targets on the FOV of the plate, and slower scan on targets outside of the plate. Again, to be seen how they model it 🤷♂️
on an AESA radar? that should still be fast right?
Does it ? Thought it was for the Su35 (I am not that knowledgeable with Russian aircrafts)
I dont know. The AESA is super fast, but I dont know how fast the repositioner is
maybe constantly rotating swash plate would be the justification?
Less see if they fixed the afterburner, also why no test drive shown?
So pretty much the same as that one weird prop with stupid fast radar and gigantic square scan zone.
That is my thinking, but no idea what the speed would be or how they would model that
Yes but the difference is that they showed the EFT having its full 200x200 coverage instead of just the coverage of the ESA plate
