Theoretically it can carry both yes. But there would be less incentive to play certain countries specifically if their Eurofighter doesn’t have enough unique armaments. Keeping IRIS-T/ASRAAM different would be for the best.

Avionics and weapons would be equal if not going to the EF depending on the tranche
Either both would have 120c or the EF would have the meteor.
And at close ranges I think the Iris-T is better than the 9x (personal opinion)
IRIS-T would be absolute king within about 10km, past that ASRAAM would take the lead. Aim-9X is a good all rounder, but is worse in CQB than the IRIS-T and is slower/shorter ranged than the ASRAAM.
Id give avionics to the F-22, it’s radar is giant and incredibly powerful, and while it can’t tilt like the eurofighters, it’ll still be extremely capable
ECM suite is also pretty crazy on the F-22, target tracking through rwr and even ranging off of radar emissions.
Has a MAWS too for good measure
And would get new IRST pod which would be better than PIRATE by virtue of advancement from F-35 and just being way newer
A peak F-22 would be running the AIM-260 which has already been tested and integrated with it. Presumably same or greater range than the meteor (will assume same), and likely has an AESA seeker

The US is highly limited by their missile form-factor and not really wanting to change it because it would lead to them not fitting in the internal weapons bay of the f22/f35
And the fact that they would have to scare congress into funding a new IR missile

Even the Captor-m is really powerful
and the EF all around has pretty similar avionics wise imo
Nowhere close to the APG-77, that thing was the most powerful fighter radar in the world until they made the APG-77v1
I would consider CAPTOR-E an equal until there is evidence to suggest otherwise, given how new it is
Is the nose of eurofighter bigger than F-22? And does the tilting mechanism take up some space of the antenna?
