Eurofighter Typhoon - Germany's Best Fighter Jet

Yeah, except it’s not Rafale C (AdlA), but Rafale EQ and EH that fly in Quatar and India.
Luftwaffe’s EF OTOH is PIRATE ready.

Oh cool. The pilot inside clearly wears French flying uniform, right?
Why don’t you show the entire plane?
OTOH, I can show you the Lw’s entire plane with the PIRATE and the Lw’s pilot inside, in Lw’s uniform.
The only “problem” is the plane is registered in Manching.

Let me put it this way, Luftwaffe has more PIRATEs in the stock then the AdlA has RBE2 AAs, altogether.

Dont the ESA radars have a similar mechanic? Can this be adapted for the CAPTOR?

Additionally, is there any consideration in giving the German Eurofighter some unique advantage to offset their unique disadvantages (of lacking both PIRATE and LWS)
For example the laser guided Sidewinders or the HOSBO bomb?

Very good points in your last 2 posts here, unfortunately they are falling on the mods Deaf Ears.
Won’t add IRST to EF cause it didn’t use it *on most crafts (lol).
Added MICA and HMD to Rafale on the incorrect variant, because it could use them
Added British Typhoon with LWS/IRST. because it used them.
Italian has IRST, because it used them on most crafts

Unfortunately, the German EFT is the worst out of the 3 introduced, there is ZERO argument against this, anyone else is coping.

I’m 95% sure that this is due to the MICA’s horrific amount of wobble constantly changing the missile’s AoA.

Not all Italian Typhoons from the same sqn. run PIRATE. :D

But hey, GJ made game more “interesting” for the GER, by “embracing differences”.
Still, those differences are always on GER TT’s detriment…somehow :D

Now if only gaijin would do those differences with the gripens, and future vehicles or ignore that for the sake of balance

Both have been passed to the devs as suggestions. Its entirely possible in the future. Neither have been ruled out longer term.

Yes British / Italian Block 1 and 2 aircraft did not have PIRATE because it wasn’t ready. But ALL British / Italian Block 1 & 2 aircraft were upgraded to Block 5 standard (which included PIRATE) by 2012.

These are Typhoon F.2s. Not Block 10+ FGRs.

Some F.2s were later upgraded to FGR.4s.

Twin seat T1 or T3.

But they already did. :D
Thailand’s Gripen is somehow (euphemism) related to (wait for it) JAPAN and is Japanese TT now!! :D

In fact just about all of them were (apart from maybe 1 or 2 that got retired).

I’m not saying you should remove PIRATE from UK Typhoon.
I’m saying if you gave French HMD and datalink, then you SHOULD give EF2000 PIRATE as well.
Btw, just beacuse there’s no pictures it doesn’t mean Lw’s EFs didn’t use PIRATE on RedFlag 2012.

Paveway IVs, Brismtones and Aim-9Ms werent enough?

No you were just saying that British and Italian Typhoons also did not always have IRST too. That would be correct for some (T.1, F.2, T.3 and Block 1 & 2 Italians) just not the variants in game however.

I don’t need handouts in the form of some AIM9. I need what the plane had, and that’s IRIS-T.

Not even close but cool?

Sure, ASRAAM and IRIS-T for the British and Italian Typhoons respectively. Aim-9X for the F-15E, R-74s for the next soviet aircraft, Python 5 for the Israeli aircraft, etc etc etc.

Ok, can you explain Italian Typhoons and Rafales, then?

Sure, when they get released.

I dont need handouts in the form of some F-15. I need what the US had, and thats the F-22

see how its a kinda BS argument for Germany to get next gen missiles now?

…and you’ll get it, at some point.
