Judging the last additions (Tornado, F-4F) West-German jets always had super meh loadouts. Especially the Nado was an embarassment with virtually no standoff or F&F weapons, which results in almost toally teethless Strike Jet in GFRB.
The F-4F just with rear aspect heat seekers and no radar missiles. In contrast to the Mig-29 and Suchoi-22 which have both very nice toys.
I’m a bit surprised, the Eurofighter looks like it offers everything from thermal imaging short range AAMs, superb radar guided BVR missiles and superior CAS options with Brimstones.

The question is at what point will gajin give german typhoon brimstones in the loadout, as far as i am aware all german typhoons were able to equip brimstones, but they never officialy did only the newest ones theoreticaly are equipping them, the question is if gajin will be leniant enough with us to give us brimstones at the same time as britain
Thats a shot in the dark. Implementation of weapons and systems is pretty willy nilly.
Good example of this is american F-5’s having RWR’s, CM’s, and mavericks they never used in US service but did use in service of other nations while the F-4F dpesn’t get 9L’s which are the only ones used by the variant we have ingame (post 1983 since it has mavs) afaik.
I suspect that following the trend with the F-4, the MiG-21 bis, the MiG-23’s, and the MiG-29, germany will get the Eurofighter atleast an update later than italy and britain, and itll likely be the most limited in weapons and subsytems as well.
They’ll also tell german players to kick rocks like they have with every qurstion about germany getting a new rank 7 ground vehicle (which they havent gotten in just under 3 years now)

its gonna be up to gaijin where they draw the line. the aircraft are technically all the same when it comes to mounting hardware and wiring/electronics. you’d only need a software update to make a weapon from a different eurofighter work(like brimstone for example).
problem with those 2 they have realy realy small model changes…
not sure might have been part of the standard software and not necesarily an extra update
Nah, Britain will be last. Guessing Germany and Italy will get the Typhoon same update we get the Torando Gr4. Typhoon will come to britain update after. They somewhat like Germany, they downright hate Britain

Nah totaly another case, britain gets Gr4, Germany gets ASSTA 3.1 and Italy is the only that gets the typhoon xD

Tornado GR4 not bad for me if it get the right weapons load-out since it can do both SEAD and CAS
But i think German might get Tornado ECR the specialized SEAD
or US might get F-4G first
I’d not be mad with the Torando Gr4. ASRAAM and Brimstone is going to be fun in everything. But If we got it over the Typhoon… My god, the backlash would be extreme.
I think if any of the 3 got the Typhoon before the others did, it would blow up in their faces. So I doubt it will happen. THough I am expecting it be late. Way later than it should be for all 3 nations. Maybe up to a year after it would be a good addition. Like the Tornado IDS was

ECR is useless in the game , better we get the Tornado 3.1, the 3.1 upgrade was to give the Assta 3.0 all ECR capabilities. ECR could be another event one or premium CAS for germany

Or even just be a modification for the 3.1. Like I hope the Gr1B is just a modification of the Gr1 instead of an entirely seperate aircraft.
It not useless but less useful because it will be only deal with SPAA and pretty much it
