Broo stop
Just due to its insane range which is over double that of the meteor, surely it’s NEZ must be higher
Also there’s an image floating around comparing amraams and meteor acceleration over time on a graph, it basically shows the amraam having higher initial acceleration but meteor just sustains that acxerlstion for a long time. But idk where to look for it
That would be really useful, especially if we know which ammram.
I have learned over the years that their arguments are different from their internal reasoning …
Arguments are just for PR … They won’t hesitate to go back on it in future cases …
Yeah, I’m pretty? Sure it’s that one, looks like it from what I remember
Put some brimstones there, and it would be perfect
MMW brimstones to be percise
Or maybe HOPE bomb, 3000lb of explosive, would be sluggish Eurofighter though
A bit random, Everywhere I’ve been searching through, it’s top speed isn’t specific and would just say “mach4” +, if I would take a wild guess maybe its 4.4?
The L3 dual rack is only rated for 500lb bombs. So Paveway IV, and bombs that use Mk.82 warheads like GBU-12/38/49/54/73
This is a very interesting study, and this isn’t like a random guy, he’s an actual engineer that works on literal 5th gen aircraft and research for 6th ones.
And although this study isn’t supposed to represent the actual missiles it’s still very interesting and can be used for comparisons between missile classes.
Very interesting that from a sea level launch it tops out at M2.0, but i think it’s interesting knowing about weaknesses (and strengths) of the ramjet design.
Thanks, chatgpt failed me on the gbu16
MMm, that 120C(presumably C5)? data actually looks about right tooo.
I find the fact that the meteor actually reaches hypersonic speeds when launched from very high alt (according to that study) more interesting.
I hope you aren’t using chat gpt for sources
ontop of that M1.3 isnt event that fast for that alt
