I’ve got it doing 24.6G with something in the ballpark of 20min of fuel and 4x MICA’s without blowing the wings off, and I can do so pretty consistantly.
Also, the flat G sustained pull on the Rafale is closer to 16g according to the HUD (under the same conditions as the above pic).
Something seems wrong with it.

I was doing the flat turn in ARB matches doing missile jousting third person.
24.6G is insane, especially without ripping.
What altitude were you doong that at?
3118m according to the HUD, unless they fixed the HUD and it now shows ft.
This was just above M1.0 iirc.
Even so that is quite low for 24+ Gs. 😂
Yeah first time i did it, i though i misread, so i did it another 10 times and was like “huh… thats a LOT more than i should be seeing there…”
Those modern jets are quite tough. I could imagine that depending on wing loading in any particular situation they might even survive 20Gs but no one would ever really pull that amount anyway.^^
im not gonna lie man, using grok and chatgpt as your source is quite something. AI chatbots hardly count as evidence, they just strip anything and everything off of the internet without a clue if its an actual source or someone on reddit.
As for the button i vaguely remember the Typhoon not having it IRL, plus Typhoon is using digital fly by wire to account the innate instability of the plane so idk what you would even turn off on it to increase maximum deflection without losing complete control of the plane since the onboard PC is already doing it anyway.
From the way things are, the Typhoon isnt unusable, ive played german GRB the other day because i just wanted to fly the typhoon and its still good at multirole, clearing out planes, helis, tanks and SPAAs, but its flight model is way more limiting and doesnt really feel that good.
At Mach 1 or above (youll reach it quite fast thanks to EJ200s) it feels like youre playing F15E just without the underfuselage JDAMs with the amount of AoA youll pull.
Below mach 1 it feels about the same as before, with around 800-700kph (TAS) giving the best results just as it did before.
While yes, the button does do what it advertises to do, letting you pull somewhere up to 40ish degrees (without accounting for loadout) AoA momentarily, generally (in ground RB as i pretty much primarily only play that, maybe in air RB it is not a problem) using it is a double edged sword.
Most of the time youre staying at low altitude to avoid stray SPAA fire, and using that cobra button bleeds so much speed it often ends up with you heading for the ground. Also doesnt help that using it makes the plane get what i can only describe as “twitchy”, where it feels like it just drank 17 cups of coffee and is able to see sounds.
Basically the controls with the cobra button are kinda fucky and in general it isnt really that useful
Atleast in my opinion we got a nerf to high speed performance and a most-of-the-time useless button as a cope
Nice massive paragraph just to agree with what I claimed. Lol. Very nice.
So? You using chatgpt or grok as a source is just dumb.
I never disagreed with the fact that typhoon most probably doesnt have a system in its flight computer that could be turned off like a “cobra” button, just that asking Grok or ChatGPT as a “heres my source, im not gonna be your secretary” is stupid.
And the second part was more related to the cobra button we do have ingame being relatively useless, not as a response to you. Response to you was basically the AI part and the typhoon FCS

su umm how many MAX meteors can eurofighter carry from existing images of them on different pylons (not from any renders)
Same as AIM-120s I would assume, so six going by pictures.
Four half-submerged into the fuselage, two on pylons.
In otherwords, since Eurofighter has a low ARH missile count, it can make up for having strong missiles.
Seriously, Meteor would break every balance in the game currently (as much of what is left). That thing is a supersonic Mach >4 Anti-Air cruise missile with a no escape zone of nearly 100 km (bigger than any map in WT currently).
Additionally the seeker range is much higher than that of the AIM-120 or R-77. In case of the EURAAM version (of which nobody knows if it was ever produced as it’s a Meteor with more advanced seeker head which was planned but not heard of since 25 years) which combines active Ka-band radar homing with passive X-Band homing, it would be nearly impossible to notch as only either the seeker head of the missile has to hold a lock or the plane radar illuminates the target for the missile as some sort of fire control or it just goes home on jam. Only chance to evade would be the terrain.
Thinking about it again: The EF was added way too early to the game. Its default AtA and AtG weaponry had to get gimped enormously to not be overpowered. AIM-9M instead of IRIS-T, AIM-120B instead of Meteor, Brimstone 1 with SAL only (which it never had) instead of Brimstone 2/3 with FnF capability.

And even if they add new missiles they wouldn’t add Meteor until the Russian R-37M, American AIM-260, Chinese PL-15/PL17 because that’s literally the end game.
Next probably comes the AIM-120C5(all nato+jpn+isr)/R-77M(rus+chn)/MICA NG(for the fr*nch).
Not to forget if it loses the target it loiters in the area and seeks it XD
china never used the r77m afaik
they use the PL15 and PL17 like you said
Is the aim260 even in service?
i only heard of tests
The only ones they used were the RVV-AE (Export R-77) and RVV-SD (Export R-77-1, which was spotted in China), but that’s outta topic anyway
With 100% fuel and no weapons the wings will absolutely break at 12.5g
Test it yourself if you care to find out.
