Eurofighter Typhoon - Germany's Best Fighter Jet

Gonna need some help on this one please

That’s the vibe you got from shiny and others because I dare questioned your Gods’ abilities, sure. Call me the voice of reason I guess.

I am quite well aware, the EJ200 engine is not as well suited to it as the Rafale’s M88 and certainly less than the F119

You already created multiple reports today with excerpts from this restricted manual.

You should have clearly read the rules before just uploading what you find online. Something being “freely available” does not make it legal.

I did in the UK thread, I’m on my phone currently. Public Eurofighter documentation shows higher bypass ratio of 0.4, optimized for fuel consumption dry at 0.9 mach and wet optimal at 1.8 mach. Pressure ratio is limited as a function of turbine inlet temp and thus exhaust velocity is insufficient for high speed supercruise.

Additionally, with a higher bypass ratio the excess thrust needed to accelerate the exhaust velocity after mixing with the bypass air causes worsened SFC the faster you go into supercruise.

Rafale doesn’t even supercruise above mach 1.1.
Typhoon doesn’t even get close to its 8 missile [and potentially 2+ fuel tank] supercruise speed of 1.28 while Super Etendard does get to mach 1.28.

most companies would likely act the same? Because in the adult world some things have concequences (except for when doing scientific research in chemistry apparently from my experiences, but that is off topic).

I am not posted all text with “nato restricted”. Your manager didn’t say that they restricted. And I’m not a expert to understand this. It was lying around and being discussed freely.

And yes, it turns out that you read it and are still using it. Same any devs, in dcs for example.

Devs stated the updated FM is on the way, wait for dev server update before making assumption

We will never use any material like this. It will be deleted from any of our platforms and not used to make any changes.

Once again, we will never handle or use classified or restricted materials.

They legally can’t unban you, cause they can’t legally have those documents and can’t risk you putting them in legal trouble.
DCS devs don’t use classified documents either.

Or they just don’t talk about it.

This document was lying everywhere and many wrote, for example on VK.com, people said that there is no secret documentation on Typhoon and that DKS has been making it according to documents for a long time.

And this still doenst make it more unclassified…
Specially when there is still a NATO RESTRICTED on it

Anything changed with the 1.5gb patch? I can’t download right now.

1,5gb patch? Did I missed something

I just opened the dev and a 1.5gb patch is downloading (last time I played was like 1h ago)

We have directly confirmed with the Italian MOD these are available illegally.

So you can say whatever you like about what you think about them at this point, it won’t move the needle one bit. You cannot use these documents for reporting and you cannot post them.

Disagreeing with that is just disagreeing with moderation now which is also against the rules.

All engines are calculated on a stand with a standard loss coefficient of 0.97-0.98 when installed in an aircraft, this loss coefficient reaches 0.89-0.9
