Yes, but it can at any moment. The best solution would be a rank 4 modification, as in this report, as Germany has the ability to purchase the pirate system when requested.

Would it be possible to give as a researchable modification, this solution would appear everybody as the UK and Italian typhoons would have an advantage in most situations, while the German typhoons would have the ability to purchase it later on, like real life. The German government maintains the ability to purchase the system, but chose not to due to budget reasons. This system ha been shown to be easily available with 98+07 and 98+03, and allowing german eurofighter the ability to research the pirate would not harm anyone

Posting classified material will not get any report accepted and will actually only hinder any efforts to get additional pylons added as we will never use or handle restricted materials.

huh new feature i guess,
basicaly they want sources for aim 9m and the thai mauser 27 is a totaly different matter then the aim 9m
even when the mauser is export restricted. Honestly hits me like a double standard but yeah
