I think that is more about firing in a passive radar mode than actually firing an AMRAAM.
Fairly certain Typhoon FGR4s (Became FGR4 in 2008 iirc) were armed with Aim-120C5s by 2009 if nothing else, would be wierd for Tornado F3s to be armed with C5s and Typhoons not even armed with Bs or C5s, especially given their air superiority role of the Typhoon F2

Better off with a Tranche 1, block 2, Typhoon. Gives you full A2A suite (excluding Meteor), no A2G but does still have full DASS.
Would be AIM-9L/Li, AIM-120A/B and IRIS-T was cleared for Block 2 but guessing the idea is an A2A Typhoon at a lower BR you’d just exclude the IRIS-T’s.
Its kinda a shame, An RB199 Typhoon would be kinda funny to have in-game. So unless it was a semi-fictional aircraft. Yeah doesnt sound practical
this would just end up at the current BR of the MSA typhoon wouldnt it tho
