Don’t … me haha, its true, you will not find anything past the initial proposed armament in the brochures, even ALARM was fit checked. AGM-65 has to my knowledge never been fit.

Ok, i can accept that, but for god sake, don’t broke the only accepted missile with that capabilities in a normal laser one, russian and american planes can carry a large number, why you dont have only changed the number of the brimstone for now or maybe nerf a littlw is capabilities??? The agm in other planes need to be filled with more explosives, so why they don’t only transformed in a agm missile or in a spike to nerf it?

We had this discussed to death when Brimstone DMS was added to Tornado GR4. The Dev’s don’t think they can currently balance it with the mmW seeker, and are do not want to give it a made up IIR seeker.
(Before anyone jumps on this as a opportunity to debate this subject again, I’m not going over it all again. Try and I will summon the Forum mods haha.)

The Devs don’t want to add the mmW seeker to make Brimstone a F&F weapon because they can’t balance it at this time. Some players suggested giving it a fake IIR seeker, but the Dev’s also didn’t want to do this as the SAL mode of Brimstone Dual Mode and newer versions (2/3) is a real functioning mode of the missile.
This was discussed at length when Brimstone came into the game when Tornado GR4 was added. I do not wish to go over it again.

There was a thread a very long time ago that was saying stuff like brimstone should be added with iir as a balance even though it never had it irl in place of the laser/active radar homing of the irl brimstone. Naturally there was a lot of back and forth, it’s too much to explain
maybe once most mbts at top tier will have APS systems we will see the glorious days of mmw brimstones.
Until then we just gotta hope to get the performance upgrades for laser brimstone 3s
