What makes you think the weight or avionics are better? Rafale weighs nearly the same, around 750kg less to be specifc, while having considerably weaker engines. As in barely 80% of the power. Meanwhile, Eurofighters aerodynamic layout and performance is superior to boot. The testing figures on both sustained and instant turn rate show this

The Rafale has weaker thrust than the Typhoon.
Typhoon is the best airframe in WT and will win every 1v1 dogfight.

Eurofighter could outrate every plane before the nerf, after the nerf there are problems even with Gripen or J10, so after the nerf there is no chance against Rafale. Yesterday I had only one opportunity to encounter a Rafale that wanted to dogfight and even when I switched to Sim mode I had a problem with getting the Rafale off, because the power in dogfight is practically the same between both planes, but the Rafale still turns faster, which is why it is not even possible to overtake the Rafale with power and then attack like before Nerf where the Eurofighter had a lot of power in dogfighting even if it did not turn as well as the Rafale then the fight was equal

Rafale rates 2 degrees less per second and Rafale pulls less than Typhoon.

The only “nerf” was engines getting corrected. The flight model was updated same day on .23 to keep the airframe performance more accurate, .26 refined it further.

As the rafale is intended to be used for carrier operation it should fly better at lower speed than the EFT nothing wrong here
You can have as much power as you want, if you use delta wing in high AoA, you’ll have an insane amount of drag and you won’t accelerate
