Yes, Both the B-52 and Tu-95 had ECM iirc, I never got to see what its effects were first hand, but that was likely an early test to get feedback, much like ARMs, and other features tested in the gamemode.
I know about most of it already, but what I am saying is that War Thunder radar simulation is not complex enough to support advanced jammers. Also you’re talking about the 101 POD, modern jets have the ALQ178/184 (and beyond) and those are not easily found online, especially going into the 2000s ones.
Anyway, whatever could be in War Thunder would probably either be absolute garbage that defeats the purpose of existing or broken and unrealistic with little compromise inbetween.
It was essentially just an aura of Ground Clutter projected out from the 52 and 95 that anti-ground radars couldn’t ignore. It wasn’t accurate or balanced or reliable but it did the job well enough for a special event
